Has anyone been to the Chamchuri Square One Stop Center recently? I am considering going this week to do a 90 Day Reporting. 

Ninety day reporting is not required until after July 31st.

As far as being busy there I would think it's about normal.

I was looking for a first hand report, not speculation.

(And we are all well aware of the amnesty.)

I was there about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't very busy at all. I was in and out in not more than 15 minutes.

If you got your visa (like a Non-O) from outside of TH, can anyone go to Chamchuri?  Or must they go to CW

No

It is a one stop center for those working for BOI companies and etc.

Not one immigration office in Thailand is crowded at the moment. Do you want an exact headcount or what?
