This is the first time I need to do 90 day reporting in CW (normally I am doing frequent business travel).   I was told that the *first* time, you cannot do via the online service, you have to do in person.

Is this true?

 

You can do the online application but it would not be approved since immigration would not have a record of you doing a report before.
