My 90 day report was due on 29th May 2020, I sent the documents by EMS on 190520 and it was received by signature on 20th, at Laksi office. Nothing was received,so I sent a copy of the EMS receipt and signature of receipt to the 90 day report section, together with a Letter requesting a copy of the 90 day Receipt document on the 15th June. That was received at the 90 day Report section on 16th June. Still nothing received, what can I do?

 

I am 76 year old and reside in Bangna, Bangkok - a long way from Laksi office.

You have nothing to worry about since 90 day reporting is not required until after July 31st under the amnesty that started in April.

Thanks Ubonjoe, that's a relief. I am applying for another retirement extension before the 31 July and will address the situation then.

is Bangna not in Samut Prakarn, hence, wrong OFFICE?

Thank you Bender for the suggestion. I have wondered about Samut Prakarn being my office, I shall try it when I apply for the next extension.

Bangna is in Bangkok. Once you cross its southern border, around Sukhumvit Soi 107, you are in Samut Prakan.

If your address is for Samut Prakan province that is the office you should be using. Parts of Bangna as people refer to it is also in Bangkok.

Where did you do your last extension? If it was at CW in BKK, then that's where you have to go for your next extension.
