June 29, 20206 yr Hello I would like to know if a father of Thai child can come to Thailand with the birth certificate actually I plan to come back there in October but I see some people can come back to Thailand now thank you
June 29, 20206 yr At this time you need more than than their birth certificate to apply for a certificate of entry at the Thai embassy where you are located and being the parent of a Thai has not fully been confirmed yet. You would also need a non-o visa to enter.

June 29, 20206 yr I am in a similar situation, was married, now divorced, have 1 child in Thailand, I am named on the birth certificate which I have a copy in Thai and an English translation. My child has just got their first Thai National ID, the name was so wrong, so I sent the Aunty back with the correct English Translation version, they corrected it no problem. I'm hoping they open travel to fathers of Thai children soon, normally I just go an a 30 day exemption but that route may not be available for a while.
