webfact Posted July 7, 2020 Share Posted July 7, 2020 No new Covid-19 case in past 24 hours By THE NATION FILE PHOTO: Reuters Thailand did not see any new confirmed Covid-19 case or death in the past 24 hours, the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration, reported today (July 7) – the 44th day without any domestic case. As of today, the number of confirmed cases in the country stands at 3,195. Of these, 65 are under treatment, 3,072, or 96.15 per cent, have recovered and been discharged, and 58 have died. Globally, the number of confirmed cases has now reached 11.7 million, with 6.64 million having recovered and 540,660 dying. The top five countries with highest number of Covid-19 patients are the US (3,040,833), Brazil (1,626,071), India (720,346), Russia (687,862), and Peru (305,703). Thailand was ranked 99th.
