July 9, 20205 yr Bit out of touch with what has been going on so please forgive me if I am repeating but I have a 12 month parent visa for a Thai child, due to expire 20th next month. What is the state of the nation at the moment? Are the immigration offices even open at the moment? I did see their were automatic extensions or amnesties but I assume this applies to tourist visas. Does anyone know what is the earliest I can go and apply for my new visa. I seem to remember 6 weeks before expiry Any advice greatly appreciated Edited July 9, 20205 yr by Kenny202
July 9, 20205 yr I assume you have a one year extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai not a visa. A non-o visa would require you to leave every 90 days. You can up to 30 days early at most office and 45 days at others.

I assume still no need for medical certificate? I assume immigration offices open for business as normal?
