Was leaving Chiang Mai airport in January and they had some models of a development of houses at amazing prices but I have forgotton the name.

Is anyone aware of new housing developments in the Chiang Rai area?

Or has anyone bought a recent new development in the area?....am I right in thinking this is one of the cheapest places to buy in Thailand?...am looking for 4 bedroom detached with decent garden/car housing.

I don't think that Chiangrai has cheap land especially....if you want cheap go to Isaan.

There are a number of projects with dfferent pricing structure, it really depends on what you class as cheap, what sort of budget were you thinking?

They ranged from about 2 -3 million baht.
