I use MagicJack VoIP which has a phone number with an area code in the Continental USA. I can call anywhere in the USA for free using the MagicJack "app" on a mobile phone. The service is not free of course, but I feel it's worth the convenience. -

It is all known that every restaurant/bar or entertainment venue has to pay to the police... Happily this restaurant won't do it and now he can bring it in the news how rotten the whole society is by corruption.. Sorry for all the trouble for him but people should get a wake up call like this
