Received a phone call from the local Obotho office asking a few hundred BHT, they weren't sure how much or our address!?? They said this year the government is giving a discount... next year...1000bht+ ...we called back and questioned further,... they said it was street lights, general maintenance (Happy to pay!)..... I want to ask others here about where they live and what is going on with this issue!? Thank you.
