IraqRon
I have been researching this and found that Bulgaria and perhaps Costa Rica may accept tourist from Thailand without the type of requirements that Cambodia, for one, has enacted. This is based not upon the Nationality of the tourist but rather where he or she is living presently. If anyone else has info on other countries which accept tourists from Thailand without requiring quarantine, pricey insurance, bonds, and the country isn't a pit of CoVid 19 infection such as South Korea or others please let us TV know. Of course flying from Thailand to these countries might not be possible. 1
Popular Post DrJack54
What's the point if you want to return to Thailand since no way back in. If it's a one way ticket out, as I understand it there are plenty. 2 1

BritTim
South Korea (which for some reason you consider dangerous for Covid-19 infection) is safer than either Bulgaria and Costa Rica, both of whom have seen cases surge in the last couple of weeks. The reality is that Covid-19 free countries are that way because they have a virus elimination strategy. Those countries can only stay that way with strong border controls. Your choice is to go to countries that have pretty much given up on eliminating the virus, or accept that crossing borders will be difficult at best.
