You cannot get married again to the same person.

You will need to register your foreign marriage at a Amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22 marriage registry.

Your marriage certificate must be authenticated, translated to Thai  and the translation certified by the Department of Consular Affairs in Bangkok.

You can do a self authentication of your marriage certificate by doing a affidavit stating it is true, correct and valid at the US embassy or the consulate in Chiang Mai. It has the translated to Thai certified the same way as the marriage certificate.
