Thai citizens and tourists can help report their suspicions of animal cruelty to the government via social media or to the Wildlife First Aid Coordination Centre's call centre (Tel. 1362).

Go to the Tesabaan.   It worked for me.

Moved to the Plants, Pets and Vets forum for knowledgeable answers. 

Unfortunately thais in general dont care about abuse.

Poor abused animals and children.

Record what you see and post it so people around the abusers can see it.

Do all you can to make them feel shame.

But prepare yourself, a shamed thai is nothing to play with.
