Hi all , I come in Thai in February with tourist visa 60 days , married with Thai in March , become lockdown, so never extend my visa until now , understand the new rules about 26 September , but in my case can extend 60 days for visit wife with visa tourist for example in 15 September?

You arrived in February with a tourist visa. Without the emergency situation, you would have applied for and received a 60-day extension in April to visit your Thai wife and you would have left Thailand in June.

 

The latest announcement of immigration requires tourists to leave the country not later than 26 September, which is considerably later than the April date you had intended when you planned your trip. 

 

I suggest you contact your local immigration office for information whether they will grant you the 60-day extension but wait perhaps a week because they may still be waiting for detailed instructions from head office for cases like yours.

OP, if you wish to remain in Thailand obtain the 60 day extension and during that period obtain non o (marriage) then prior to it's expiry in last 30 obtain your annual extension. Have requirements already in place such as money in bank or income.

Yes,you can apply for a 60 days extension when ever you want during the "amnesty",but September 25th the latest (a Friday).
