I need to book approved state quarantine, but I have hit either dead links, or one link that was Thai language only. 

Where can I get the info needed to choose and book?

I've been able to reach out to several of the emails on the list and receive responses back from them with all of the package details.

You make your reservation for the ASQ directly to the hotel where you plan on doing your quarantine.

Google ASQ Facebook page. The site keeps adding ASQ hotel and condotel space as and when it becomes available, so the ASQ list is updated regularly. Its an open facebook page so persons quarantining at certain hotels have been leaving feedback in regards to positive and negative aspects of certain hotels, mostly positive I might add. The moderator will also assist with contacting hotels if you are having issues according to the posts I have reviewed. though I'm not certain if there is a fee for that service. I am ASQ hunting as well, good luck.
