Multiple NON-B and related to them multiple NON-O: is there any solution?

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Do you know any solutions for business owners who stayed on multiple NON-B because of the lack of Thai staff and related multiple NON-O for spouses?

Looks like Thai government missed this group of expats totally (or did it intentionally). It's forbidden even to convert that visas to NON-ED to take a rest and figure out what to do…

Not sure what the question is. You can convert a non B into a non O if the employer helps and supports the conversion request

If not then you have to leave thialand and apply for a new visa based on non O at thee embassy abraod. Then enter on the new non O visa and all starts from zero with the years and get the extension based on marriage or tanning care of Thai national.

The best is a non O based on take care of a Thai child as long as you can make the 5 years with extention s so you can apply for a permanent residence. No problems is you partner want to divorce too because the child is the visa ground

Guess why that visas are multiple entry? Why people issuing multiple entry visas in Thailand? To enjoy constant border runs? My company is qualified to issue multiple entry visa only.

And now looks like Thailand don't care about people who qualified to get such visas - rules for 1 yr NON-B+NON-O is the same strict as was before without any adaptation for people who qualified to get multiple visas only.

We have no Thai child, sorry for that, same as Thai wife, Thai husband.
