If you have a Ltd. company in Thailand, what are the regular paperwork requirements?

I assume that at the end of every year something needs to be submitted to somebody (!) but what?

Are there monthly submission requirements, too? Can these be done in arrears?

Is there a way to go so that you just handle everything in one go at the end of the year?

Any reasonably priced recommendations for people who do this sort of service? In chiang mai would be good.

Typical monthly submissions are:

1. PND1 (ภงด.1) - monthly income withholding taxes of employees,

2. PND3 (ภงด.3) - monthly income withholding taxes of outside persons who provide services to your firm,

3. PND53 (ภงด.53) - monthly income withholding taxes of outside juristic persons who provide services to your firm; e.g. telephone company,

4. SPS1-10 (สปส.1-10) - social security,

5. VAT30 (ภพ.30) - value added tax in case that your firm is in the VAT system.

You should find an accountant to do it.

This is a very old thread but WTH I thought I would bring it back to life.

For PND3 are said persons also required to pay income tax in addition to the WHT deduction?

13 years--should have started a new thread.

Anyway WHT is income tax...the company you are working for will calculate your probable yearly tax liability and pay it to the Tax Dept on your behalf, on a monthly basis.

In Feb/Mar the following year you will submit your tax return, and you will either need to pay more or get a refund (depending on what deductions etc you have).

Hope that clarifies your question.
