Speeding Woman Injured from Crash

The Pattaya Police was informed at about 3 am on 25th April that an accident occurred on Pattaya 2nd Road near the Royal Garden Plaza and someone was injured.

At the scene the police found a Honda Wave crashed in the middle of the road. There were skid marks along the road, which proved that the driver was driving extremely fast.

Ten meters away the team found a woman aged around 30 in a confused condition with minor injuries but she could not speak since many of her teeth were broken during the crash. The Sawang rescuers quickly took her to the hospital.

Since witnesses stated that there was no other party – the woman crashed from her own speeding and the police had no case to make other than try to get information about her family so that the police could inform them of the accident.

At last, a way to shut wimmin up :o

Her teeth may still be intact had she been wearing a full face safety helmet.

Why can't the authorities take action to make the wearing of proper helmets part of the law.
