Water pot Reed's(?)

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a couple of the water pots at the front of the house about 80cm tall and wish to put some reeds in them.

We had some before which died I think and were pretty bland to look at. I have been to a couple of roadside garden place to no avail.

Could anyone suggest a colourful type possibly?

They do get sun most of the day.

Thanks.

You could consider dried ones which they sell at Chatuchak market. Look nice and don't need water.

We have had several types in our pond ( half an ong ) but they tended to run riot after a while with the roots spreading out too much and dirtying the water.
