August 31, 20205 yr Just an observer here, but seems an oxymoron. Some one health conscience enough to pursue 'low calorie' food would either make himself of walk(exercise) to get it...... I vow no smart ass remarks today......
August 31, 20205 yr I would say that you can get delivery of food that is Keto friendly, so cooked meats, chicken and fish, fairly easily. That is the case in the vicinity of my place and in Bang Saray/Pattaya/Jomtien, where local shops and restaurants deliver. Just pick your low calorie options that fit whatever diet you are following.

A pizza is low calorie if you only eat 2 slices. The problem with most people is they think they need to eat massive portions of food. You don't.
