Are there any low calorie food delivery in Pattaya ?

Featured Replies

Are there any low calorie food delivery in Pattaya ? I found several in Bkk only.
Food delivery - i mean ready-to-eat food, not ingridients and recipes.

Just an observer here, but seems an oxymoron.  Some one health conscience enough to pursue 'low calorie' food would either make himself of walk(exercise) to get it......

I vow no smart ass remarks today......

I would say that you can get delivery of food that is Keto friendly, so cooked meats, chicken and fish, fairly easily.  That is the case in the vicinity of my place and in Bang Saray/Pattaya/Jomtien, where local shops and restaurants deliver.  Just pick your low calorie options that fit whatever diet you are following.

check menu for ULB cafe. Lot of natural ingredients. Excellent salmon salad.

Just order half the amount of food you would normally order.....you cut down the calories 50% and get your meal half price.

All food you can have delivered is low calorie.   The trick is to not eat all of it at once.

A pizza is low calorie if you only eat 2 slices.

The problem with most people is they think they need to eat massive portions of food.

You don't.
