How helpful it would be.....

How helpful it would be if Thai-Visa (as an authority when it comes to Thai/Farang matters) would stop publishing the uncontrolled mental eruptions of some minor governement officials on a daily basis, trying to offer solutions designed to prevent a total collapse of "Thai-Tourism".
Nice to hear that flights to BKK are being resumed (Emirates), but what good would that be as long as the Thai-Officialdom does not allow for "run of the mill" Tourists to enter?

I would hope that comments by "Thai-Officials" that have no final say in the matter would not be quoted in "Thai-Visa" anymore on a daily basis in the future.

When the time comes, when "Thailand opens up for Tourism" again, in accordance with the flight schedule of major Airlines, that would be a good time when "Thai-Visa" should start to comment on viable and ironclad possibilities to visit Thailand again. Please, not before.

I am confident, that I can (still) post such critical comments on TVF, as I don't live in Hongkong nor in Belarus.

I find it interesting how they try to find a solution. At least we know that they are working on it.

Thank you for your positive comments. As the leading Expat Portal in Thailand, Thai Visa publishes a wide variety of informative news articles.

Our members have differing opinions and inevitably, members find some topics more interesting than others. If we removed topics every member didn't want to read then we would post almost no news articles at all.

This topic is now closed. Below is an explanatory quote from the Forum Rules:

The ThaiVisa News Team gathers and disseminates news bulletins from Thai and International sources, and republishes them in the News Forums for our members' information and enjoyment. Our News Team works hard to bring quality content to the News Forums, and should be respected for their efforts.

Comments such as "slow news day" or "clickbait headline" are neither respectful nor welcome on the forum, and will be considered as troll comments and removed and the offending poster warned and/or suspended accordingly.

Except as otherwise indicated in the byline, news bulletins are reprinted verbatim from a mass media source which has given TV permission to use its feed.

Original articles, especially in the Thai press, often have grammatical mistakes or misspellings. ThaiVisa is not responsible for these nor does ThaiVisa have the rights to alter content it is reprinting from another source. Similarly, ThaiVisa is not responsible for any opinions reflected  or quoted in reprinted news stories.
