I think this is the only way these high muckety-muck banking executives sitting in their high rise corner suites in Bangkok are gonna learn the importance of respecting their foreign customers. I think immigration requirements that foreigners keep money on deposit in Thai banks have given rise to a mentality among them that foreign customers can be taken for granted. They need to be reminded who the customer is, who the deposits belong to, and that it is they who are profiting from these foreign deposits. The only thing I would suggest to you is to make sure you keep an ample cash reserve in your overseas account in case it's needed. I am a firm believer in euthanasia. Although arson is little out there, I think he must have had good intentions for his patients' suffering. That some were not 'close to death' does not minimise suffering. This is not uncommon in countries not enlightened enough to enact right-to die laws. Just most don't get caught.
