I've been living in Thailand for 20 years and sadly this childish behaviour from grown adults is becoming more common.

I read about foreigners complaining about the police being unfair or that the police are only booking foreigners etc. this is due to these delinquents, seems to be more and more of these guys coming to Thailand that have never grown up.
