90 Day Post Report Question

I have just received my "receipt of notification" for staying 90 days. On the receipt form is printed in red :

 

"next time, please send 15 days before the due date". 

 

I was doing that until I read on this forum my 90 days notification should reach immigration between 7-15 days,

ie not earlier than 15 days nor later than 7 day.

 

So what is correct?

0 daThat must be from Bangkok immigration since they are the ones that have that note on the receipt.

They want you to mail your 90 day report at least 15 days before your report date. But I have not seen a report of one being rejected if it was received by 7 days before,
