Xavi
Does the STV visa give you a chance to enter one country only once? Contact with the embassy is being delayed too much. Does anybody know? 1
ubonjoe
A STV only allows one 90 day entry to Thailand and then 2 90 day extensions applied for at immigration. It would be possible to apply for a re-entry permit (single 1000 baht) that would keep the remainder to the 90 day permit to stay or one of the extensions valid when entering the country. Of course to enter you would need a new certificate of entry and etc.

You cannot use it to enter another country if that is what you mean. Or do you mean to arrive from a country different than the one where is it was issued. I don't think that could be done with a STV since it is issued based upon the current situation in the country where it was applied for.
jobsworth
Whatever happened for that idea of one common visa for Thailand and Cambodia (and Laos and Vietnam)? Dead I guess and now buried.

I would say it has been forgotten about. But the Singapore embassy does have it shown "ACMECS SINGLE VISA (for entering Thailand and Cambodia)" https://www.thaiembassy.sg/visa-matters-/-consular/types-of-visa/tourist-visa
