Should I go to the Immigration Department just now to get a visa from November ?  What should i bring?

Featured Replies

I have a question about visa extension.  I'm in Pattaya now.  I don't currently have any visa.  Should I go to the Immigration Department in Pattaya to get a visa from November?  What should i bring? should I go now?

What type of entry you have before the amnesty started?

You may need a letter from your embassy to apply for a 30 day extension that will be valid until November 30th.

You will need proof you are living in Pattaya.

I have no visa with entry.

I heard immigration will give me an affidavit...?

You apparently got a 30 day visa exempt entry. Did you apply for the 30 day extension of it?

Some offices have told people to complete a affidavit instead of a embassy letter.

Yes. I entered the country with a 30-day visa exemption and then extended the 30-day extension in April. Can I get affidavit and extend 30days if I go to Immigration in Pattaya? I want to get ready early.

You can try for the 30 day extension. Not sure if Pattaya has the affidavits yet.
