Have to do a 90 day report, i want to do it by post can some one confirm that this is the correct address to send to the Chiang Mai IMO

I will be sending

Copy of front page of P/P

Copy of Ext of stay (Not sure if i need to send but will just to be sure

Return stamped addressed envelope
