Trying to find the ingredient list to check any possible interactions with other medications but site http://www.d-haeng.com seems to be only Thai. There are things you can add to the water you use for basic detox. Don't use tap water. If you are having discomfort perhaps you should be looking at diet, water intake etc. If you are in a hurry use senna.
