Featured Replies

good afternoon all

quick question please

i am in a hotel in bkk, got anotehr 10 nights to push , the question is:

do i need to  go to an immgration center once i finish here and do my TM 30,

thank you kindly

Did the hotel photocopy your passport? They most likely have already reported for you via the TM30, you can ask them but you'll have to do it again at your next accommodation anyway.

Not if it's the same address he has used at immigration before. New rules since June 30th.

If you have a place to stay after the quarantine, and you submitted a TM30 earlier with that address, then you don't have to do another report. It must be the last reported address, though.

That's correct.  But if he entered Thailand on a NEW issued Visa (he is in quarantaine now so chances are that that is the case), he would need a new TM-30 from that last reported address.

>> I did PM you some info on TM-30 (the requirements are often incorrectly understood so might be useful).

It might also depend on the local immigration office. Staying in quarantine doesn't necessarily mean that he didn't arrive on a re-entry permit. Then the last reported address will still be valid.
