Is the 90 Day Online Report site offline?

Featured Replies

I just tried to reach those sites using Nord VPN, and yes, you are correct, the pages won't load.

But why would you want to use VPN in the first place?

It was actually unintentional... I had accessed some USA news sites earlier, which require using a VPN... and I had forgotten to turn it off.

Makes sense Imm. would want you to be IN THE COUNTRY, to file the 90 Day report, anyway, eh?

Take care,

Can't you just set your VPN to a Thailand server?

That way you still have the protection provided by using a VPN.

For personal privacy if needing to access the internet over an open/shared wifi network?

I tried, as I was experiencing connection issues (known problem, subsequently fixed), and it didn't work for me.

It worked for me three days ago. However for some reason I CANNOT report 90 days online from home, website https://extranet.immigration.go.th/ won't open (CAT internet) but I CAN open the website and report 90 days from a local shop's WiFi (unknown ISP). This is with Android phone using Firefox browser.

'Works' once VPN switched off.....but never got approval of my online 90 report...just said 'pending'.....finally gave up and did it by post, which still took three weeks for a reply.

Did mine 2 weeks ago and it was ok. They did not confirm with an email this time, I had to check the application online.

The previous  time I got an email within hours of submitting the application, very impressed.

You will find as most Vpn companies use TOT or CAT for servers your actually better off running a long bit of string to the immi office.

Singapore all the way for a good VPN experience

I'm certainly not IT smart.

So how can dummies like myself use the web portal and do it in 3 minutes from my Android cell.

I also downloaded the app. In my opinion more complicated. However I found it good for checking progress of report which occured 12 hours later.

Meanwhile I read about folk disenable VPN etc.

The process took me one try from cell to web site.

So three of us tried from three different locations and devices on PC on three different web browsers and all failed. (not phone app)

You submit the part 1 of the form and it says please contact Imm....bla bla bla

From ny observations it is broke...............

I use IE only  to access their  site, it  still has many problems  after years, I had to have 3  attempts to submit whats required as the website  just freezes, its  <deleted> its  always been <deleted>, expect it to stay <deleted>. it does work.........................................................................................................................eventually
