I would greatly appreciate yer very earliest kind return here with reliable answer to the following question ;

 

Are the main Thailand Immigration Offices of each Province open today [ Saturday 31 Oct. 2020 ] for to accept visits by foreigners seeking the special 60 Day Extension ?

The only offices I know about is Bangkok is from news article I read late yesterday that CW and MTT are open today.

Just before the latest "Amnesty" announcement,-  I received  have Extension to Permission of Stay following Entry with Non-Immigrant Visa Type "O" ;

That extension finishes late November ;

 

If I not get that 60 Day Extension today :

Can I get it on Monday 02 November ?

 

2_

Will there be a fee for me despite I dutifully applying just ahead of previous Amnesty date elapsing & thus did not benefit from the  after-thought "for free" AND "no need to apply for" latest Amnesty Extension ?
