90 days online unexpected error

Featured Replies

Good evening forum,

I have been doing my 90 days online since 2016 without having any problems whatsoever.

I tried all day today to do it, since it's day 76 since I entered the country on my repatriation flight o

on the 24th of August.

I'm getting the error please contact immigration officer blah blah.

I have discovered what the problem is, after downloading the app.

My extension granted on 9th October 2020 until 31 October 2021 has not been input in the system yet, so the it shows that I'm on 'overstay!... Which is not the case.

What should I do?

Do I need to go in person to immigration Bangkok to do it? I understand that the 90 days report office is moved to ImpacbtTemporary VISA Extension Center at Muang Thong Thani.

Thank you for your time,

or try to send it by mail tomorrow (monday).

Probably identical with my issue. Can't do 90 day report online, stuck at the Page 1 with pop-up appearing to go to Immigration in person.

Renewed my visa one week ago and probably not entered into the systems of Immigration yet.

I did several 90 day reports online, always worked fine for me.

Better to go there in person, believe me.

You can be seven days late, or go there up to 15 days before due date.

Exactly same as me yesterday and today. Called to the immigration hotline and they said the system is down and there is no estimate when it will be up and running. Will keep on trying daily.

Exactly the same as me, let's hope that they will fix it, I will give it a week or so then I will go in person. Thanks for the feedback.????

I needed 2 minutes to do mine and so did a colleague.

If you're only doing the "Kaozip Wann". they make that really fast.

My last online attempt failed -- I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is

(The Visa expiration date was not updated when I changed to a different Visa last June).

One of the senior guys in Khon Kaen Immigration was really nice & spent a fair bit of time with my wife and I.

He didn't fix it. Thought it would somehow get updated over the next 2 months.

I doubt it. I think it needs a specific phone call to a computer geek with access to that one date entry.

I just hope I'm not forever pooched ...

Since KK is a two hour drive, will send it in by mail next time.

The worry is getting the passport page copies exactly right.

Otherwise, a long drive for nothing.

Went to immigration in person today, please be aware the 90 day report is still outsourced at Mueang Thong Thani along with other things such as tourist visa extension, TM30 and residence certificate.

You need to wait at the parking building but not many people in queue (11am, 15 ppl).

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Did you ask why it does not work?

Did they tell you l what was the problem exactly?

Did you ask them if next time, in 3months, will you be encounter with the same problem?

Or is it fixed now? Thank you in advance

Maybe just the timing, but I did mine about 9:00am yesterday and a mate did it the day before both with no problems.  Both approved in next 8 to 10 hours.

Didn't bother to ask.

Of course in 3 months I will try online again first, if not working just a quick trip to CW in person.

I live in BKK and have a car, so not a big issue.

Good news for those of us who do not travel - last arrival 2003 and today on-line TM.47 reporting worked/approved.

1.  VPN would not connect to extranet - had to close and immediate page display.

2.  You can input date directly for date of arrival - have to for some of us as menu only goes back to 2010.

3.  Report made 1230 yesterday and approved 1630 today at Bangkok.

4.  Used computer/win10/Chrome.

5.  Could not get status to display using reference number - had to use passport/DOB/nationality.

6.  Did not provide a flight number (not even sure what it was - 17 years ago).

You can get it down lower than 2010.

Click 2020 then 2010 and then 2010 again and it goes lower.

That didn't even occur to the old brain - but it does accept manual entry which had read could not be done in other posts.  Any idea what you use for registration number to show status?  I tried with the TM and number and with just the numbers but was not accepted.  Have never followed online reporting closely as was never available.  Vary happy camper to be able to use.

It is on pending notice that comes up when it is accepted. It is near the bottom of the page.

You can also use your passport number and etc to get the status.

Was this your first extension?

I think I read here a few hundred times that your first extension re-sets the 90 day report clock. If relevant to your situation then your next report date might be on/around 7 Jan 2021.

If not, then just an insurmountable obstacle requiring an in-person report.

Many people reporting an inability to use the 90-day report systems (web or app).

That TRN was what I tried to use but would would not accept it - the number started with letters TM and very long with several dash marks.  At any rate worked fine with PP/DOB/Nat.  Thanks.

Hi,

No it wasnt my first extension, been on non O for 14 years, it might have to do with my entry been on a repatriation flight perhaps, who knows,

I will keep on trying for another week before trying to do an in-person report.

OK, same issue I and many, many, many others are having.

Hopefully after an in-person report you'll be able to file on-line. That's my hope at least.

Was it the same "O" you've extended 13-ish times? You entered Thailand on CoE with an existing Non-O/Re-entry Permit?

Maybe check with Imm as they could have re-set your 90 day ticker based on some mistake or practice during your extension in October.

That is strange it did not work for you. I just went on the site to check status and pasted in a copy of the number and it worked. This is mine redacted a little "TM47-23-2020102009*******"

Just tried again and it worked fine.  One previous try was manual type so could have got it wrong but second was a copy/paste so should have been OK (but could have messed that up with a space or something I guess.  At least now know it should/can work for me.  Thanks.
