  • Repatriation flights

The Thai Government organizes repatriation flights for Thai nationals to return to Thailand on a regular basis and the repatriation flights on various airlines have been scheduled for the following days (Please note that the visa processing time is around 15 business days and you should plan your flight properly to minimize your risk of not getting visa & COE in time):

Arriving in Thailand on 1 November 2020 – EVA Air

Arriving in Thailand on 5 November 2020 – Asiana Airlines

Arriving in Thailand on 7 November 2020 – Korean Air

Arriving in Thailand on 12 November 2020 – Cathay Pacific

Arriving in Thailand on 14 November 2020 – Qatar Airways

Arriving in Thailand on 19 November 2020 – Asiana Airlines

Arriving in Thailand on 20 November 2020 – All Nippon Airways

Arriving in Thailand on 28 November 2020 – Korean Air

AND  SEMI-COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS

Maybe read the rest of the page you have quoted. It has all the information about traveling to Thailand, booking flights etc

Before booking flights to Thailand with the above-mentioned air operators, travelers should ensure that they study the different categories of visas granted to foreign nationals at this time to determine the possibility of travel. Please note that having plane tickets does not guarantee entry to Thailand, non-Thai travelers must have all the required documents to enter Thailand.

The flights into Bangkok may not be that often. I am sure you have to board it at Incheon (ICN).

They would probably be the same flights that Thais get for repatriation as well.

i suggest you check with some of the other airlines about the flights.

The OP asked about the "new TR Visa". Is any form of TR visaor or the new Special Tourist Visa available to American citizens in the US?

The new single entry tourist visa is being rolled out at about all embassies and official consulates now. It is shown on the embassy in the UK as well.

The STV is only available in low risk countries.

When trying to complete the evisa pages this visa doesn't appear - only the O-A. Maybe the evisa site has not been updated yet.
