Customer service is great answered several email queries quickly.

The website is easy to use. Once enrolled, the policy I have is from Tokio Marine and there is a separate

site registration to download visa letters.

    i just bougth from them 10 days insurance, can reccomend. 3-4 USD a day incl. covid coverage, up to 250000 USD. had problems to get the visa letter and customer service helped me quickly.

     

    but not sure what will happan in case of need, and how will they pay.
