7 Day Deadline for in person 90 day reporting?

My due date for my in person 90 day reporting is November 17.

You are allowed to report up to 7 days after the due date.  Does that mean the latest I can report is  Nov. 24?

Someone told me that the due date (Nov. 17) is considered by Immigration the first day which would make Nov. 23 the latest I can report.

November 18 would be the second day after the due date.

 

That does not make sense.

Anybody  have any thoughts

Most immigration offices include the report date in the 7 days.

Best to do it on the 23rd to avoid a 2000 baht fine for your report being late.

    And do consider that 19/20/21/22 immigration will be closed - 23rd would not be my choice of date to appear if I could avoid it.
