I went and got my covid extension and was told apparently i should have done a 90 day report even though ive gone back every 60 days for the last 3 times my mistake i guess didnt get fined 

You have to report every 90 days of continuous stay.

Applications are a different thing entirely.

Immigration may start wanting reports of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country since the amnesty ended on October 31st. That were not required before that day.

Not sure how they will handle them now. They should start the 90 days from October 31st and not fine people until then.
