I have to use the one-stop center to process both my visa extension and work permit extension. In the past, I could simply walk in during their business hours and do it. Now with Covid, does anyone know if that has changed. Do you need an appointment?

It's hard to make an appointment since I'm coming from Pattaya... traffic, etc. Is this a new policy because of Covid or was it there last year?
