Finn Cole has teased the rift between Polly Gray and Tommy Shelby ahead of the sixth season of Peaky Blinders.

 

One of the most jaw-dropping twists in the crime drama's entire run occurred last season, when Polly (Helen McCrory) sided with her son Michael (Finn Cole) because Tommy aligned with fascist Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin). (In the end, Tommy was actually setting up Mosely for a botched assassination plan.)

 

When Cole recently spoke to Digital Spy about his new thriller Dreamland, he also shared his thoughts on how Polly's divided loyalties will factor into the upcoming episodes.

 

"Well, she might have a decision to make between the two of them," he teased. "I mean, it's tough. What impact could that have on the family? It’s so hard to talk about these types of things, even with my mates and family and my brother, Joe, still.
