Jumanji child star Bradley Pierce reveals how Robin Williams defended him and Kisten Dunst on set

Jumanji child star Bradley Pierce has revealed how Robin Williams stepped in to defend him from over-demanding producers.

 

Pierce, who is now 38, has reflected upon his experience of the film in celebration of its 25th anniversary.

 

The child star appeared in the 1995 blockbuster alongside Kirsten Dunst, with the two playing the children whose world collides with Williams’s Alan Parrish, who got sucked into the deadly board game as a young boy.

 

Speaking to CBCListen, Pierce recalled filming the sequence in which the game unleashes a monsoon upon the world.
