Is the office location for visa extension (Thai national with U.S. passport) Chang Wattana or Muang Thong Tani?

What type of extension of stay (not a visa) would you be applying for.

U.S. citizen wife is a Thai National but extends her visa in U.S. passport annually. There was some confusion about office location of 90 day reporting - getting to Muang Thong Thani location from Chang Wattana Immigration Bureau office - so wanted to ensure she goes directly to the right place.
