Has anyone gotten the letter of verification of your criminal record, the Thai embassay pages says we need this for STV.  I have a flight on 20 January , hopefully my local sheriff office can get me one quickly. But are there other quick options you guys have used?

Where I'm from in New Mexico, the State Police (Department of Public Safety) do it... go in pay about $30.00 as I recall and the print it up for you on the spot. Call your state DPS

Ok thank you !! I will look up my state DPS.

I was panicking to make my flight. Gonna need a medical doctor to sign me off too.

I got mine from the local police department in my town in Colorado. $5 I think. Used it to get my Non OA visa in early 2017.
