Thai lawyer to review seller finance document

HI looking at purchasing a villa/condo and wondered which Thai lawyer anyone would recommend that is good and economical to review the purchase and review the seller finance agreement. Anyone know what price should pay for this?

You mention a seller finance agreement, does that mean you are entering into some sort of vendor finance arrangement ? Or do you mean sales contract ??

 

There would be a big difference in cost between a villa (set up a company) and a condo purchase.

Yes vendor finance. I am not sure which location yet so a lawyer tat just can review documents. Had one quote that seemed very high compared to discussions with people who have done this before. Any recommended lawyers please.
