Cambodian Embassy in Thailand distributes food to migrant workers amid outbreak

The Cambodian Embassy in Thailand has met and distributed food to Cambodians in Samut Sakhon province, which has faced a recent COVID-19 outbreak.

The embassy said yesterday that it received information about the plight of some Cambodians due to the outbreak in Thailand. The team brought donations from the Cambodian government to distribute to nearly 200 families of Cambodian migrant workers.

The embassy called on all Cambodians in Thailand not to travel far to prevent transmission.
