I require a FIXED IP address and from my research on the net have seen LOXINFO offer this at a reasonable price, but this is via TT&T. Other websites and call centre's have not been that great to understand. Do you know which ISP's service via TOT? and any recommendations on who I should use or maybe TOT itself? Is it possible to change from TOT to TT&T? and how long would this take. Dutchfarang Posted June 15, 2007 Share Posted June 15, 2007 Hello Two weeks ago we replied for a ADSL connection at the TOT office (next to the small (old) supermall).
