No limit has been stated. Just apply again.

With current situation world wide the 60 day covid extensions should continue.

If so, do I need an embassy letter or something?  Or just go to immigration office?

Check your passport stamp for when current permission of stay ends.

Attend immigration prior to that date for 60 day extension. 

Embassy letter not required.

Is Jan 29th still the official last day one can apply?

 

Though I expect it to be extended once everyone has gone and paid for another 60 days on Jan 29th.

They probably would not do it if you have a permit to stay until March.

About the same as any other extension along with the completed affidavit.

what  kind  of paper we  need for apply,   my non o visa finish on  14 january so i will go before
