I am nearing the final few furlongs of my OA application. A quick question about insurance

 

IMG's insurance policy is designed to get you through the OA application. It goes without saying I will using my own insurance policy from home.

 

When does the IMG policy need to start? Given my personal circumstances and the current worldwide situation I am not likely to get out until early March. Will the embassy accept this start date or should it be started from date of application (ie pretty well immediately)?

 

For various reasons other policies such as 90 day Non-O are not suitable.

 

PS I am entirely sober.

 

They should accept the insurance if it is valid on the date of your planned departure from the UK.
