Hi , explain my situation , in thai from February 2020 with tourist visa, visa amnesty until September , 60 days extension visit wife, 60 days extension covid ,  on 8 December i do non o visa based on marriage expire on 8 March ( planning to extend it on 8 February for 1 year) ,the question is : when I need to do 90 days report ?

You first report will be due 90 days from the day you apply for a the one year extension of stay.

Will probably need to do the 1st 90 day report in person and then after that you can try doing it online.  Takes all of 5 minutes on line to log your information in and then you might wait only a few hours for approval or a few days.  Either way you can do your 90 day report 15 days before your due date if you like, as well as doing it by mail instead of online or in person.  Your choice.  Good luck and enjoy.
