Thai personal tax return - annual submission to Thai Revenue Dept.

Featured Replies

I submitted my Thai personal tax return for over 30 years.

Late Dec 2019 I retired and didn't work at all Jan to Dec 2020.

Do I have to submit a tax return with zero income for Jan to Dec 2020?

The answer is "no". I am curious to know why you think you might.

Thanks, truth is I never thought about it for many many years because my Admin. Mngr., took care of it, she just prepared and submitted then told me what I had to pay with a copy of the Rev. Dept. assessment, and with an arrangement that I transfer the funds direct to the Rev Dept. a/c.

Admin. Mngr. is not available at the moment so I posted here.

Thanks again.
