Tm30 - how to fill

Featured Replies

Hi,

I need to fill my TM30. I know this should be done by the landlord, but I have to do it myself, so please help me.

What do I put in

-visa type

-relation

-expire date of stay

I came on non-b visa which is extended until november 2022 because of work and I also have multiple re-entry permit

If your landlord cannot do it, then the immigration officer will do it for you, you cannot do it yourself. You have to bring what your IO asks for. Most likely signed Id of your landlord and rental agreement, worst case scenario the copy of the blue book and everything signed by your landlord.

I have online access from my landlord. I just need to know the info I asked for, everything else is already set up.

Non-b

Self or tennant

The day your extension ends in November 2022.

You gave the answers yourself already?

Visa type: Non-immigrant B

Relation: What are the choices? Pick something like "possessor" or "tenant"

Expire date of stay: November 2022 (sure it's 22?)

I just used the non-2 year.

Looked at XLS file from the site and the only see that would work is non-90 1 year.

That's for migrant workers from Cambodia, Myanmar or Laos.

Option 03, NON-90

Hmm I have 2 years BOI extension, not 1 year. I guess it's time to ask landlord to call immigration and ask.

All the options are related to which kind of visa you used to enter Thailand.

You could try option 28 which is "Other"

Hi, I did PM you a Guideline document on how to register on the IO TM-30 website, which will allow you to then file your TM-30 (on behalf of the owner of the premises where you are residing, or alternatively as tenant).

the Visa type, is a none essential field, I just leave it empty.
