Can anyone help with what the 'company profile' document looks like please? currently doing the e-visa and this co hasn't been made clear by my accountant...and it appears I can only submit one document for this

They want to know what kind of business you are doing. Write in this paper  what exactly company does.

Ok I believe the Thai document we have chosen does give detail about what the business is etc? I just thought this might be a specific document they were looking for and not something generic like a general company description.
