My first post. I fly to Thailand from UK very soon, all being well.

I have a query about the requirements stated in the link below:

For the single entry Tourist Visa:

'What you need to present at airlines check-in counter and upon arrival in Thailand'

I notice that Declaration form is mentioned in the list twice, both point (2) and point (8).

I'm assuming this is the same form?

Has anyone had a problem at airport check in with just the one form in point 8?

I've now received an answer from the London Embassy, giving a newer web page:
